As you read HERE, we are still at war and because the last administration took the American boot off of the enemies throat, we now have to backtrack and deal with these kinds of attacks below. Back in 2010, we had the badguys on the run in Afghanistan, we had them shoved off balance and IEDs were at a low. Once the last administration took over, we let off of our forward advancement in Afghanistan, announced to all of the badguy we were leaving and made rules of engagement so strict, no commander could continue to hammer the enemy as they should have been. Now, its costing more lives as we backtrack. Time for a C-Gar


WASHINGTON — Two U.S. service members were killed Wednesday when their NATO convoy came under attack in Kandahar province, Afghanistan, the Pentagon said.

“I can confirm that two U.S. service members were killed in action in Kandarhar, Afghanistan, when their convoy came under attack. U.S. Forces Afghanistan will provide additional information as it becomes available,” said Pentagon spokesman Navy Capt. Jeff Davis.

The attack was conducted using some form of improvised explosive device, but it is not known at this time if the explosive was buried in the road or vehicle-borne, said Capt. William Salvin, a spokesperson for Operation Resolute Support.  Read more here
