The Purple Heart is awarded for “The Purple Heart is awarded in the name of the President of the United States to any member of the Armed Forces of the United States who, while serving under competent authority in any capacity with one of the U.S. Armed Services after April 5, 1917, has been wounded or killed. Specific examples of services which warrant the Purple Heart include any action against an enemy of the United States; any action with an opposing armed force of a foreign country in which the Armed Forces of the United States are or have been engaged”

I guess since no one else (ahem this administration) won’t say the attack against the Marines in the Chattanooga recruiting office July 16, 2015 was and “enemy” attack or was inspired by foreign terrorists to carry out the attacks, at least the Marine Corps will.

Was the attacker “Abdulazeez” a muslim? Yes. Was he discovered to be driven by muslim oriented enemy forces that hate Americans, their way of life, their sexy women, unlimited firearm and ammo purchases, fast cars, coldest beer, best whiskey and the always availability of cigars? YES.

Then why hasn’t anyone in DC said this? Go figure. Time for a C-Gar

Marine Sgt. DeMonte Cheeley wears his Purple Heart to recognize the bravery of the five service members killed in the July 16, 2015, attacks in Chattanooga.

“I feel honored, but at the same time, I still don’t want to take away from the fallen five,” Cheeley told Marine Corps Times Tuesday after receiving the Purple Heart. “I’ll definitely wear it in honor of the fallen five.” Read full story here
