Ironic, the same day females graduate from Ranger school, the US Army also announces the prosecution of a fellow Ranger/Green Beret hero.Warriors protect the innocent but this administration punishes them for doing things in a war that may “harm” relations. Thus a young boy and mother pay the sacrifice. I thought we were there to help Afghanis, not ignore their pain.  Sadly, I have heard and seen many cases like this where the US Army/Marines use this type of action to “thin” your military, and it’s working. America, your military is so thin it should scare you and what’s worse, some of our very best are being dismissed out of the service when they should be receiving a medal, retained and promoted. The U.S. Army is kicking out a decorated Green Beret after an 11-year Special Forces career, after he got in trouble for shoving an Afghan police commander accused of raping a boy and beating up his mother when she reported the incident.

"It's sad to think that a child rapist is put above one of our elite military operators. Sergeant Martland was left with no other choice but to intervene in a bad situation. … The Army should stand up for what's right and should not side with a corrupt Afghan police officer," Hunter told Fox News.Read full story here
