Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple
pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means
learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being
aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given. Gratitude
shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is
already present. In addition, behavioral and psychological research has
shown the surprising life improvements that can stem from the practice
of gratitude. Giving thanks makes people happier and more resilient, it
strengthens relationships, it improves health, and it reduces stress. Time for a C-Gar

  1. I think everything published was actually very reasonable. However, think on this, suppose you were to write a killer headline? I am not suggesting your content isn’t good., however suppose you added something that grabbed a person’s attention? I mean One Marine’s View: Gratitude – Thank you warrior. Semper Fi is kinda vanilla. You should look at Yahoo’s front page and watch how they write post titles to grab viewers interested. You might add a related video or a related picture or two to get people excited about what you’ve got to say. In my opinion, it could make your posts a little bit more interesting.
