Time for a Cgar!
Flag 2- This was taken the day before my son left for USMC boot camp. back in Sept 2010.
Flag 4–The Flag on Apartment Door
Flag 7- I've been wanting to share these photos with you for some time but hesitated as I know you are more than a little "busy". I just thought it might do your heart good to know I penned these words for Bill's Memorial Stone 42 years ago with the same pride and passion I feel about his service today. He's been missed every day by all of us that love him. But there are no regrets for the choice he made to serve our beautiful America. Keep up the fire, Major. Prayers out for you and yours.
Flag 8-My family has flown the flag since September 12, 2001. Our flag has been vandalized numerous times. It's been torn down and thrown on the ground. Torn down and tossed into the street. Torn down and stuffed into our trash can. Torn down and stolen altogether.
We've kept replacing it, the most recent time with a "vandal-proof" flag pole that my husband designed and built. We refuse to let some punk prevent us from flying our country's flag.
I love to come home at night and see our flag lit up in the dark. It can be seen up and down the street. Sadly, ours is the only house in the neighborhood to fly the flag.
Flag 10-Here's my flag. It hangs every day at my house and will until the day I die. (unless it gets blown away by a tornado, I do live in MO, you know)God bless all our Military, Active, Reserve, Retired or gone to their rewards
Flag 20-Here is a picture of my flag! I pray that God will bless you and all soldiers now and always. I will always be grateful for all the sacrifices you've made, and I pray especially for all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Thank you – I will never forget your service and your sacrifice and I will never take it for granted. God bless you.
