To all the honest hard workers out there, this one is for you. For all those out there working 40+ hours a week, living from paycheck to paycheck, holding things together, barely making ends meet, you are the backbone of this country. Your make a difference.  Many do a job they don’t like. Many do a job they like but not to get rich but because they like it. Your servicemebers aren’t defending this country to get rich.

There are many of you out there working your asses off. Some days are bad, some are worse. Be tough warriors you are making a difference and trust me you never know who was watching you.  All it takes is one person to make a difference and usually it’s you. Feel unappreciated? Feel under paid? You may be right. But  make sure you can look yourself in the mirror at the end of the day and know you are giving your all. You wont get anything more than you rate unless you earn it. There is no free ride, life isn’t always far and trust me cupcake if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

To all the honest hard workers out there know things wont always be this way. Things wont always be ugly and seem impossible.  You have to keep chipping away at your goal. You have a goal right? Of course you do and if you don’t make one. Make a couple and get attacking. As your warriors deployed continue to put pressure on the enemy they continue to chip away at making a difference in their tasks. If they can do it with people shooting at them, you can do it in your job.

Time for a Cgar for all the honest hard workers out there!

  1. As per usual you hit the nail on the head with this post, Major. I’ve got two children out there with a work ethic that every employer is looking for. I’m so proud of both of them.

  2. I have a strong appreciation and respect for the hard working, blue collared American workers out there. They are the foundation of this country. Like a skeleton to a body. We couldn’t function without them.
