  1. No, it’s not how “WE” thank our wounded warriors. It’s how “THEY” want to thank them; the “progressives” who despise all things American.

  2. The Burnpit article referred to above refers to a tax that is Quoting From Burn pit Article: First off, the tax in question is actually applied to the manufacturers, not the end user. In discussions with the ATR folks this morning they keep pressing that the tax will be passed along to the end user in terms of higher prices. True, as any ECON 101 class would show you.
    So if that be the case the tax is passed on to the end user and is a Tax. I call Bull Shit on any tax on a wounded Veteran.

  3. I second Gbudavid in the above post. It’s all BS. I’ve got more but no one reading here has the time to read a tome.
    “For it’s Tommy this, an’ Tommy that, an` Chuck him out, the brute!
    ” But it’s ” Saviour of ‘is country ” when the guns begin to shoot;
    An’ it’s Tommy this, an’ Tommy that, an’ anything you please;
    An ‘Tommy ain’t a bloomin’ fool – you bet that Tommy sees!”
    Rudyard Kipling

  4. This is where the American people need to take action be writing their Senators and demanding a stop to all these ridiculous tax that will eventually affect our Veteran’s benefits. This tax is not just about taxing medical device manufacturers. This is really about our current elected leaders finding ways to tax and gouge the American people anyway possible. Until the majority of the American people get fed up and fight back consistently with letters, protests, petitions, and voting, this will continue to happen. But isn’t GREAT that we have the freedom to express our opinion and change things? How ironic is it that we have our SELFLESS VETERANS to thank for privilege!!!

  5. Amen to everything Elda posted!
    Voice from the past:
    “Stand your ground for your benefits:
    Don’t give up
    Stay Sober
    Stay Alive
    Remember: “This is the war you fight for the war you fought!”
    My Bro…Bob Vietnam Veteran USN USS REPOSE
    Free at last and home with the Lord. One of the last things Bob did on earth was to remind a group of VA Doctors they were in the company of heroes and to treat them and their families with the dignity they deserved.

  6. A tax is a tax is a tax.
    I will not vote for, nor support, any candidate, be it a friend or other, anyone who will vote for a tax on anything, especially on our Veterans and military. We are being TAXED to death.
    I for one have had it!! And, I may have only ONE legal vote but I’ll sure as hell make it count!

  7. Well once again, Taxation is easy to pass on, due to a dumbed down society. Every product from its inception is taxed,every component that goes into a product is taxed, as it makes its way to the final product…..then our illustrious Federal government (that we elect)State Government (that we elect) Municipal government(that we elect)taxes the finished product again….This time they are passing another tax on the blood sweat and tears of the warrior, who has been out protecting their happy free spending asses…..Lets put them all women /men in uniform and send them into battle…..second thought …they would disgrace USA. Just remember to vote,for Gods sake vote.

  8.
