"Our nation, this generation, will lift the dark threat of violence from our people and our future. We will rally the world to this cause by our efforts, by our courage. We will not tire, we will not falter and we will not fail." (President Bush)

We ARE winning and YOU can help make a difference-NOW!

God Bless every one of you!

  1. Thanks so much for posting this. I’ll be putting something similar on my blog shortly (odd I’m the first to comment on one of your posts! lol)
I wanted to send you all to this site. You can “light a candle” for peace, 9/11 or the group I started is called Troop. It’s free and a visible way to show support.
Thanks Maj. God bless you today & always.

  2. Sorry but, you failed before you even started “Mr.Bush”. Thanks for bring a hard headed fool by refusing to listen to anyone or anything except laughable MWD assertions. Wake up, the world is NOT rallied except maybe against us! Even the Brits are pulling out now.
This time last year you were saying we didn’t need anymore troops in Iraq. Now you can’t get enough! You have fired vitually everybody around you at least once. The fact is, you simply do not know what you are doing and you are far stupid to listen to reason. Your only hope to prevent even your own party from disowning you, is to stretch this insanity out until the general election so that “as a party” you can try to blame the slaughter that will follow the pull-out on the Democrats.
Point is, we will pull out, and, we will have won nothing.
    This president deserves no honor.

  3. MAJ B, Thankfully we have our military and most thankful that they do not think like the Fool posted above here, BS, Mr.Bull @#%.
One better besides a flag flying for 911 here would be a lite Red,White and Blue outdoor live christmas Doulgas fir tree to shine bright for Remberance of our fellow American’s who’s lives were cut short on that day.Thank you for our leaders who had the Guts to go after the SOB’s and to stay the course to get them All.

  4. Semper Fi Major.
as for you BS … why don’t you race home tearfully …. leap into bed .. assume the prenatal position and turn the electric blanket up to 9.
Don’t forget to take your woobie with you.
The adults will deal with global terror.

  5. This is a day all America should honor and remember. We are at war from enemies both at home and abroad. Thank God for our military. They deserve every American’s thanks for the job they do. I don’t necessarily agree with our president but I stand behind him as we are at war. As for that BS jerkoff, kiss my ass. If you don’t want to stand with our country, go back to the land of your ancestors. You definitely are not an American.

  7. Here is one reason we fight the Jihadist Mr Sanchez. Go to website below and see the skydiver without a parachute.
In case the picture is gone it was of a man jumping from one of the Twin Towers this day six years ago. Some of us, including President Bush, took issue with with being attacked by the insane Islamist. Many thanks to our warriors who continue to send the Jihadist to meet allah. Surely he is running low on Virgins by now.

  8. Never forget.
RIP to my fellow countrymen and women…and my prayers to those taking the fight to the enemy, and to the families of those that gave their full measure.

  9. A day that will forever be burned painfully into our hearts….. We will NEVER forget, we will always hurt, we will always honor and we will always remember.

  10. I had the greatest time tonight at the local Freedom Walk commemorating the anniversary. Best part of all was a great speech by a retired Marine Corps LtCol … he pulled stat after stat, and then asked what more reason people would need to know we are at war for our very way of life. Awesome!!! I had to go up and shake his hand in thanks. I’m still jazzed 🙂

  11. Even though the day is past, it is stuck in my memory. I will never forget where I was, what I was doing, or who attacked our country.
The image of those planes plowing into the WTC, the subsequent fires and the scenes of people jumping out of windows will always be with me. We are at War. We are at war with a dedicated and fanatical foe who will stop at nothing and will target anybody to accomplish their goals. Anyone who fails to realize that point is not playing with a full load and can be called a traitor if they actively or passively hurt our troops.
Thanks has to go out to Major Pain and our other warriors who realize the threat and are taking active steps to keep the threat from coming to our shores.
The picture is great. It needs to be shown (along with the video of the WTC and the people who jumped), to remind one and all of the threat. I just wish our Democratic Leaders in Congress would realize this threat instead of having OBL write and produce Democratic campaign videos.
On a side note, I have a T-Shirt with that design, and if memory serves, it was designed by a high school art class. Bought one from them along time ago. Wish I could find another.
Thx again to our warriors who are out there, fighting and dying for our country. Thx also to the families who are also bearing this loss, and are staying true.
I will refuse to respond to trolls, who when the post, are stuck like the old 33 1/3 albums, and repeat the same litany over and over again. Sometimes, it is tempting to bump them (as we did with the records) to get over the skip. Wonder if the same response will happen? Talk about the big Lie, Hitler had it pegged.
We owe all a debt we will never be able to completely repay. Just remember, when election comes up, where these people stand on National Security, our military, on defense and the GWOT. We can not afford, as a country to reelect them.

  12. Call me what names you like, but the facts are that a hand full of glorified goat herders are running us ragged in Iraq and it appears the same in Afghanistan also.
Hundreds and Hundreds of billions of dollars we spend, but the enemy defeats us with cheap car bombs and homemade armor piercing booby-traps. Exactly what a guerrilla war is supposed to do! The enemy is accomplishing their mission, we are not accomplishing ours. Same old story as Vietnam, we win the battles (tactical), but lose the war (strategic). The enemy don’t even have airpower and tanks like the North Vietnamese had, nor the material support of nations like the Soviet Union and the People’s Republic of China. We are breaking the bank right now. How long do you think we can keep this up before we have an economic collapse?
Save for the occasional psychotic civilian slaughter fest that destroys any righteous credibility we may claim on this planet, our field troops seem to be coping “so far”. Unfortunately our leadership both military and political are less competent than the Keystone Cops. All of this exposes our vulnerabilities to the world and you can take it to the bank that the world is taking notice.
Close minded “ugly American” cowboy stupid bravado like, “you are either with us or against us”, IS THE very simplistic mentality that put us into this sad situation and the very reason we will lose if we do not wise up. And THAT my fine young patriots is exactly the President’s fault. We can either recognize our error and failure in electing this nitwit as President, or, we can learn, move on and make damn sure the next President has an IQ above plant life. Meanwhile, YOU are going to be in Iraq, not me. I had my war.

  13. Every September, I recall that is more than half a century (62 years) since I landed at Nagasaki with the 2nd Marine Division in the original occupation of Japan following World War II. This time every year, I have watched and listened to the light-hearted “peaceniks” and their light-headed symbolism-without-substance of ringing bells, flying pigeons, floating candles, and sonorous chanting and I recall again that “Peace is not a cause – it is an effect.”
In July, 1945, my fellow 8th RCT Marines [I was a BARman] and I returned to Saipan following the successful conclusion of the Battle of Okinawa. We were issued new equipment and replacements joined each outfit in preparation for our coming amphibious assault on the home islands of Japan.
B-29 bombing had leveled the major cities of Japan, including Kobe, Osaka, Nagoya, Yokohama, Yokosuka, and Tokyo.
We were informed we would land three Marine divisions and six Army divisions, perhaps abreast, with large reserves following us in. It was estimated that it would cost half a million casualties to subdue the Japanese homeland.
In August, the A-bomb was dropped on Hiroshima but the Japanese government refused to surrender. Three days later a second A-bomb was dropped on the city of Nagasaki. The Imperial Japanese government finally surrendered.
Following the 1941 sneak attack on Pearl Harbor, a Japanese admiral said, “I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant…” Indeed, they had. Not surprisingly, the atomic bomb was produced by a free people functioning in a free environment. Not surprisingly because the creative process is a natural human choice-making process and inventiveness occurs most readily where choice-making opportunities abound. America!
Tamper with a giant, indeed! Tyrants, beware: Free men are nature’s pit bulls of Liberty! The Japanese learned the hard way what tyrants of any generation should know: Never start a war with a free people – you never know what they may invent!
As a newly assigned member of a U.S. Marine intelligence section, I had a unique opportunity to visit many major cities of Japan, including Tokyo and Hiroshima, within weeks of their destruction. For a full year I observed the beaches, weapons, and troops we would have assaulted had the A-bombs not been dropped. Yes, it would have been very destructive for all, but especially for the people of Japan.
When we landed in Japan, for what came to be the finest and most humane occupation of a defeated enemy in recorded history, it was with great appreciation, thanksgiving, and praise for the atomic bomb team, including the aircrew of the Enola Gay. A half million American homes had been spared the Gold Star flag, including, I’m sure, my own.
Whenever I hear the apologists expressing guilt and shame for A-bombing and ending the war Japan had started (they ignore the cause-effect relation between Pearl Harbor and Nagasaki), I have noted that neither the effete critics nor the puff-adder politicians are among us in the assault landing-craft or the stinking rice paddies of their suggested alternative, “conventional” warfare. Stammering reluctance is obvious and continuous, but they do love to pontificate about the Rights that others, and the Bomb, have bought and preserved for them.
The vanities of ignorance and camouflaged cowardice abound as license for the assertion of virtuous “rights” purchased by the blood of others – those others who have borne the burden and physical expense of Rights whining apologists so casually and self-righteously claim.
At best, these fakers manifest a profound and cryptic ignorance of causal relations, myopic perception, and dull I.Q. At worst, there is a word and description in The Constitution defining those who love the enemy more than they love their own countrymen and their own posterity. Every Yankee Doodle Dandy knows what that word is.
In 1945, America was the only nation in the world with the Bomb and it behaved responsibly and respectfully. It remained so until two among us betrayed it to the Kremlin. Still, this American weapon system has been the prime deterrent to earth’s latest model world- tyranny: Seventy years of Soviet collectivist definition, coercion, and domination of individual human beings.
The message is this: Trust Freedom. Remember, tyrants never learn. The restriction of Freedom is the limitation of human choice, and choice is the fulcrum-point of the creative process in human affairs. As earth’s choicemaker, it is our human identity on nature’s beautiful blue planet and the natural premise of man’s free institutions, environments, and respectful relations with one another. Made in the image of our Creator, free men choose, create, and progress – or die.
Free men should not fear the moon-god-crowd oppressor nor choose any of his ways. Recall with a confident Job and a victorious David, “Know ye not you are in league with the stones of the field?”
    Semper Fidelis
    Jim Baxter
    Sgt. USMC
    WW II and Korean War
    Job 5:23 Proverbs 3:31 I Samuel 17:40

  14. Jim Baxter, you are so full of crap. I don’t know how many war movies you quote from, but I count at least three. One cannot laugh loud enough at your absolute adolescent BS.
As for your WWII reference, a hand full of goat herders is a heck-of-a-lot different than a world war. Though we may indeed end up in a world war if we keep believing George Bush’s stupidity.
People going off to fight in a war, missguided or not, deserve far more than your, “atta-boy go get’em”, BS. They deserve the truth, not childish cartoon rhetoric.
And…even though our young volunteers serving in Iraq pretty well know by now that the Iraq war had nothing to do with 9/11, and, is a terrible missguided mistake, they go anyway with little complaint. Over and over again. You Jim Baxter, like George Bush, would leave them there forever just because you can’t admit that you are wrong.
As well, so much for Senator John Kerry’s: “How do you ask a man to be the last to die in a lost war”, statment. We now find out that we don’t even have to ask, because they just do it and I’ll bet you Jim Baxter, that it damn well ain’t because of yours, or anybody elses goofy transparent rhetoric.
A massive majority of Americans have turned against this Iraq war. Our overall message to the troops is simple: Hang in there, we are working hard to get you out of this bad situation. Its really difficult because we have butthead as president, however the American people don’t buy into his ignoramous reasoning anymore.
We see you. We are determined not to let this head-up-his-rump president waste your lives or destroy our nation on political blind ambition.

  15. Brian, an honest answer from you…….how many military have you actually talked to? Past and present. Let me tell you something you little turd, you can wage your own little war and use big words to try to make yourself look like you know what you are talking about, but coming in and telling a veteran they are full of crap is huge cause for a tongue lashing and then some.
We are huge supporters of the military. We have spoken to countless serving in Iraq, as well as those that have served in the past. You want to know what a true American says Brian? I will tell you, a true American says they not only fight for their own country, but for the betterment of the world. The betterment of the world Brian. What does that mean to you? Do you sit in front of CNN and get all your information? My information comes from first hand knowledge. My information comes from REAL men who take a stand, who without hestiation would lay down their life for a jack ass such as yourself. So you can talk your trash, so you can twist in your mind who knows what, and sadly, so that you have the right to speak what you do.
Take your moonbat ass and go to a playground that you are wanted at. There are many people that come here that have their loved ones fighting the fight, they do NOT need your needling. That is exactly what you are doing, you want to talk about childish….
Go to where your views are appreciated. Go to someplace where it is acceptable to spit on a veteran, because it sure the hell isn’t here.
While you may have a big pair sitting behind your keyboard, you haven’t said much to make me think you hold a whole lot of intelligence (half the time you don’t even spell your name right). So with your false bravado on the computer, please in real life, don’t think you could EVER tell a veteran face to face they are full of crap…..

  16. For small words Mom; I am a veteran. Thousands of veterans diagree with Bush’s war in Iraq.
Baxter is a jackass IMO, because he is derogatory of those Americans that disagree with his opinion by trying to assassinate their character utilizing the most un-original terminology.
It is prety clear that your idea of “true American”, is a fragment of your imagination. The Constitution describes no “true American”. Just requirments for citizenship, that being satisfied, grants certain rights under the Bill of Rights. For example: You have the right to free speech, even though YOU are not a veteran. Then again, so does everybody else. So what is it that vets get that the rest of Americans don’t get? Maybe some “atta-boys” from people whom don’t have to fight the current conflict?
I support the military too. I support not wasting their lives in an unnecessary war…again. If I didn’t care, I certainly would not bother wasting my time publicly protesting or arguing with missguided people like you that have never seen war except on TV.

  17. “The Constitution describes no “true American”. Just requirments for citizenship, that being satisfied, grants certain rights under the Bill of Rights. You have proven your point BS. There are no requirements in the area of IQ or common sense to become a citizen of the USA.
And by the way, if you were a veteran you should have more respect for your fellow veterans, like Sgt Baxter. He has truely been through more than you or me or anyone else who wasn’t a veteran of WWII and Korea.
Your moma forgot to teach you manners boy. I bet she also neglected to tie a pork chop round your neck to get the dog to play with you. You are obviously taking out your “issues” on those here.
Try to get help for your PCTS (post childhood traumatic syndrome)
I bet it’s the cause of your Bush Derangement Syndrome.

  19. you suck. bin laden was already dead before the wtc crash. you’re fighting in a wrong war, for some people who want you to believe what you believe.t was your own president, your own government, your own intelligence agencys who did this “act of terrorism”. just to make you fight for them. just for getting THEM more power and money.every bullet you shoot makes appear $$$ in some peoples eyes. you soldiers are nothing more than tools… and you kill people who are as innocent as you.
hey and i’m not a islamic terrorist. i’m just a normal guy from germany, who thinks the whole world stinks. and i’m getting mad about dumbasses like you which won’t see it.
sorry for my bad english, no ones perfect.
