The below was sent to me and I can relate since these warriors continued the fight when I left 1st Bn 6th Marines! Send them the goods!

Subject: Fw: CARE PACKAGES/LETTER TO MARINES
Here is a close and personal request from LtCol JJ Dill, a close and personal friend of mine. I met Col Dill when he was the CO of Fox 2/6, Camp Lejeune, NC.
I also know Captain’s Teachey and Mahar, and I would appreciate any and all All Hands in complying with Col Dill’s request for stuff for his Marines.
Gung Ho Sauce is going to both units, Colonel.
Semper Fi, Sir,
Hello to All,
A number of you have asked me what you can send to me while I am out here. I really do not need anything (thank you though!) but listed below the address to two Captains, both company commanders, who have a couple of hundred Marines between them who would appreciate anything from a letter to a care package as the holiday season comes upon us. Both of these officers worked for me when I was a company commander with 2/6. They are amongst the finest officers I have met and both are doing an incredible job out here leading their Marines. They have both been here about a month and have 6 more to go. If you want to send a care package, I would recommend the following: hygiene items (shaving cream, razor blades, toothpaste, non-scented deodorant), baby wipes, beef jerky, magazines (sports, health/fitness, ect), and any other snacks. I would advise against sending chocolate as it usually melts. LOL. However, just a letter(s) addressed to any Marine inside the box or envelope would be fantastic. The Marines would love to hear from people back home who appreciate their efforts and the mission they are doing.
Thanks to all,
Captain Paul Teachey
